On Friday, March 15, 2019, I had the distinct pleasure of collaborating with a raft of brilliant artists for a Live Sounds concert at Third Street Music School, where I serve on the piano faculty. Soprano Alaysha Fox graced us with her absolutely charismatic voice, cellist Halie Morris blew us away with her luscious tone, pianist Agniezska Kubecko dazzled with her interpretation of latin rhythms and there was even a bit of jazz with special guests Amos Gabia and Neal Kirkwood. WIth music by Heggie, Beethoven, Burleigh, Infante and Santamaria, it was truly a night to remember.
